Article 1. General Provisions

We will only process your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, phone number, bank account number, credit card number) according to the provisions of the German Data Protection Law. The following regulations will give you information about the way, scope and purpose of collecting, processing and usage of personal data. This Privacy Statement refers solely to our website. Article 2. Inventory Data

1. Your personal data, if they are required for establishing, formulating and changing the contractual relationship (user data), will only be used for the execution of the Agreement. E.g., in order for us to deliver the goods, we must forward your name and your address to the supplier of the goods.

2. We will not forward your personal data to any third parties not related to the execution of the Agreement without your express permission or without a legal basis. After the Agreement has been executed in its entirety, your data will be locked to prevent any further usage. After the expiry of the fiscal and commercial provisions, these data will be deleted, provided you did not consent to them being used again.


Article 3. Web Analysis using Google Analytics
