TCP184 industrial 4 x 16A relays

The tcp184 is an Ethernet connected relay module featuring 4 channels of 16Amp 250Vac relays. Each relay has both normally open (NO) and normally closed (NC) as well as the common available on three terminals. It has snubbers fitted between the Common and N/O contacts.

In addition to the relays, the tcp184 has 8 input channels which may be individually configured to be:

• Active low input with pull-up (allows direct connection of volt free contacts).
• Active low input without pull ups (easy to connect logic level inputs).
• Analogue inputs. 12-bit with selectable 0v-4.096v or 0v-5v input range.
• High speed (2KHz) counters with or without pull-up resistors.

Hardware:

• Serial port: 1 x RS485 port
• Relays: 4 with up to 16Amp @24vdc or 250vac, screw Terminals for N/O N/C and Common contacts
• Inputs: 8 flexible channels, your choice of VFC input, counters or 12-bit analogue input
• Communication: USB for development, RJ45 Ethernet for normal access
• Mains power: 90 - 264Vac, 47-63Hz
