What payment methods are available?

Please find the payment methods available here! Please note that bank transfer may take some time and we can send orders only after payment received.

What are the shipping methods and the delivery times?

We ship with DHL and UPS within one business day after payment receipt. In addition to the standard delivery we also offer an express delivery. The countries in which we deliver and the shipping costs please see here!

Is shipping to a DHL Packstation possible?

Yes, shipping to a DHL Packstation is possible in Germany. You can store the address of the Packstation during the registration process.

I have a discount code. How can I use this?

Enter the coupon code directly in the shopping basket. Please click on "Edit cart".

We would like to order as a company with VAT registration. Is exemption from VAT possible?

Companies established in the EU (except Germany) can carry out the following step for exemption from VAT:

Enter your full VAT number when creating your customer account. If the information is correct, no sales tax should be charged during the ordering process.

For goods delivered within Germany, which are subsequently exported to a non-EU country, we do not refund VAT! 

If you want a tax-free delivery, we would ask you to have the goods delivered directly to the non-EU state.

Do I have to pay import duty?

Depending on the country of delivery, import duties may be levied. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

I have forgotten an item when I ordered. Can I change my orders?

Please note that we will process all orders promptly to deliver the goods as soon as possible. After the order has been completed, it is unfortunately not possible to add or delete items for system reasons. The combination of orders can not be guaranteed.

My delivery has been on the road for a long time and shipping tracking is not updated? When will I receive my product?

If the normal period of the shipping method has been exceeded by 5 working days, we would like to ask you to contact us. We will take all necessary steps.

My order could not be delivered and goes back to EXP Tech. How do I get my order?

If your shipment is returned to us, we will refund the invoice amount (including shipping costs).  A new shipment is not possible.

If you are still interested in acquiring the items, please set a new order on our website.

I would like to cancel an order?

You can cancel your order within 14 days. Please use the revocation function in your customer account!

What´s about the bonus points? How do I use the points?

All registered customers automatically take part in our benefit program and receive rewards per euro rewards. The accumulated points can be used for purchasing. The bonus points can only be used in conjunction with a new order.
