Das 5-Kanal-Reflexionssensor-Array für Balboa bietet eine einfache Möglichkeit, den Balboa 32U4 Balancing Robot mit einer Linienerkennung auszustatten. Das Array verfügt über fünf separate Reflexionssensoren, die jeweils aus einem dimmbaren IR-Emitter bestehen, der mit einem Fototransistor gekoppelt ist, der darauf anspricht, wie viel Emitterlicht darauf reflektiert wird. Das Array ist für Balboas mit 80 × 10-mm-Rädern vorgesehen, die in aufrechter Ausrichtung (Ausgleichroboter) arbeiten.
