FAQ

Orders received by 12:00 noon will be shipped the same day. When paying in advance, the order will be shipped immediately after payment is received.For backorder orders, we will inform you of the estimated delivery date in the order confirmation.

Unfortunately, on-site pickup is not possible.

By default, we send invoices by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. If no invoice has arrived there, please check your spam folder.
