At the end of the ordering process, you have the option of entering your own supplier number and order number in the shopping cart. These details are then visible on all documents (e.g. delivery bill and invoice).

You can also order non-stock items directly in the online store. The currently unavailable goods will be ordered for you and shipped as soon as possible. You will find corresponding information about the delivery time on the product pages or in the shopping cart. A partial delivery is possible on request. Please contact our customer service for this.

EXP Tech tries to work largely paperless. From there, all invoices are sent as a pdf file to the email address stored in the customer account.
