Description
The MB8450 is a weatherproof ultrasonic sensor for outdoor vehicle detection. It offers non-contact measurement with a range of 0.5-5 m, a resolution of 1 cm, and a sampling rate of ~4 Hz. Data is transmitted via a simple USB interface.
Thanks to its integrated algorithms, the sensor offers noise-free measurements, automatic calibration (voltage, temperature, environment), signature analysis and noise suppression – even in the presence of acoustic or electrical interference.
